Formerly the Information Technology Working Group, the Technology for Development Group (or Techie Group) changed its name to help counter the perception that all members are required to be card-carrying nerds. Not that they're above a good Counterstrike joke or two at swearing-in, but "Technology for Development" is a better description of what the Techies actually do.

To help Peace Corps Volunteers help Ukrainians through the effective use of technology. Some of the ways the Techie group does this include:
The Techie Group is always looking for new members. Knowing CSS, HTML and what a CMS is is definitely not a requirement – the Techies are looking for people willing to share their tech savvy – of any kind – with other PCVs and Ukrainians. To apply, e-mail the contact person below with your name, contact information, and what aspect(s) of the group most interests you.
The Techie Group meets at least twice a year in Kyiv, although much of their work is conducted via e-mail.
You're looking at it. The Techie Group takes care of pcukraine.org for the benefit of all volunteers in Ukraine. They also help the Tourism Working Group maintain the Tourism Info site.
